By accessing or using FanVerdicts ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. FanVerdicts covers multiple professional sports including the NFL, NBA, MLB, NHL, and others as they are added to the platform.

2. Description of Service

FanVerdicts is a multi-sport fan engagement platform that provides:

• Grading of professional sports transactions (signings, trades, draft picks, cuts)
• Sentiment analysis from media coverage and fan sources
• Contract value analysis using proprietary formulas
• Player performance scoring based on career statistics
• Fan voting and discussion on transactions
• Team and player rankings across multiple sports

3. User Accounts

To vote on transactions and participate in discussions, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. User Content

By posting comments, votes, or other content on FanVerdicts, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content on the Platform. You retain ownership of your content.

User content must not:

• Contain hate speech, harassment, or threats
• Include spam, advertising, or promotional material
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
• Contain personal information of other individuals without consent

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these guidelines and to suspend or terminate accounts of repeat offenders.

5. Grading Disclaimer

FanVerdicts grades and scores are intended for entertainment and informational purposes only. They should not be used as the sole basis for any financial, betting, or fantasy sports decisions. Grades reflect analysis at a point in time and may change as new data becomes available.

6. Intellectual Property

The FanVerdicts name, logo, grading methodology, CVI (Contract Value Index) formula, and all associated content and technology are proprietary to FanVerdicts. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

Player names, team names, logos, and related marks are trademarks of their respective leagues and teams. FanVerdicts is not affiliated with or endorsed by any professional sports league, team, or players association.

7. Third-Party Data

FanVerdicts uses data from third-party sources including ESPN, NFL.com, and other sports data providers. We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy but do not guarantee the completeness or timeliness of third-party data.

8. Limitation of Liability

FanVerdicts is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. Material changes will be communicated via the Platform or email.
